Susie is a highly experienced counsellor and a valued member of the Tracey Brittain practise. She is a specialist in bereavement and trauma counselling and is well known for her close client to therapist relationships.
Susie is a warm, empathic counsellor, who offers a safe supportive space to adults and children, so clients can explore any worries or difficulties in total confidence.
"We all struggle at times; and counselling offers you a chance to be listened to, to make sense of your feelings and understand different parts of yourself. I believe that the relationship between the counsellor and client is the most important part of therapy, and I create a non judgemental caring environment where trust and mutual respect can be built working together side by side."
Susie studied an Integrative degree in Counselling and has extensive experience working with loss, bereavement and trauma. She has worked with extremely difficult situations like cancer patients or their carers, and has worked in several schools.
Susie is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abides by their Ethical Framework.
